Some events will present **a situation where the appropriate action will need to
 be addressed by the Change Management process**, that is, this functionality is
 intended to register automatic actions of the type change. This registration
 will be associated with the automatic actions, where it will be used
&#x20;in the <font color="#3b9f0f">**CITSmart** </font>**Event Managers** registration of **Nagios, Zabbix, Inventory&#x20;**&#x61;nd
&#x20;**Events Correlated**.

This feature provides a variety of actions, such as <font color="#3b9f0f">**including, changing, and
 deleting automatic actions of the type change**</font>.

## Before getting started

To register change automatic actions, it is necessary:

- [x] To register
  &#x20;previously the unit, requester (employee), contract linked to the employee and unit;
- [x] As well as the
  &#x20;Change Advisory Board (group); and&#x20;
- [x] To configure the **parameters 47, 279**, and **280&#x20;**&#x61;bout the change.

## Procedure

1. Access the functionality through the main menu `System > Automatic Actions  > Automatic Actions`;
2. Complete the fields available;
3. Click on "**Save**".
