This functionality is intended to <font color="#3b9f0f">**allow the users to configure the menu items**</font> according to their preferences. It provides a variety of actions, such as including, changing, and
&#x20;deleting a menu.

It provides better usability in accessing menus, where items can be arranged as needed.

## Procedure

1. Access the functionality through the main menu `General Registration > Menu`;
2. Complete the fields available;
3. The "**Generate XML**" button is to generate a file in ".xml" of menus;
4. The "**Update Menus**" button is to update the menu;
5. Be careful about running the "**Update Menus**" button, because all the
   &#x20;registration changes of the menus will be lost since the last generation of
   &#x20;XML. It is recommended, therefore, the following execution sequence:
   - ****<font color="#3b9f0f">**1.**</font> "**Generate XML**" button;&#x20;
   - <font color="#3b9f0f">**2.** </font>"**Update Menus**" button.
6. Finally, click on "**Save**".
