This functionality allows <font color="#3b9f0f">**making an impact analysis** </font>of a configuration item.

## Before getting started

- [x] To verify the impact analysis, Make sure to have previously registered the
  &#x20;configuration item.

## Procedure

1. Access the functionality through the main menu `Processes > Configuration
    Management > CMDB`;
2. Search for the configuration item and click on it;
3. In the information screen of the configuration item, find the "**Impacted
   &#x20;Services"**;
4. Click on the tab to view the information;
5. To view the hierarchic of services related to the CI, click on "**Impacted
   &#x20;Service**";
6. To view the flow map of the configuration item, click on “**View relationship map
   &#x20;(automatic)**” button.
