This functionality is intended to <font color="#3b9f0f">**create e-mail templates for the system
 notifications**</font>.

The **Knowledge&#x20;**&#x61;llows the **attachment of images, and links, among other visual
&#x20;resources**, making the sharing of e-mails more interactive.

## Procedure

1. Access the functionality through the main menu `System > Settings > E-mail
    Template`;
2. Complete the fields available;
3. Click on "**Save**".
