This functionality is intended to create a service request in an event.

## Before getting started

Make sure to have previously registered the event.

## Procedure

1. Access the functionality through the main menu `Processes > Event Management  > Event`;
2. Click on the event and then on the button “**More Options**”;
3. Click on "**Create service request**";
4. Complete the fields available;
5. Click on the button “**Operations**” then "**Save**".
