This functionality is intended to <font color="#3b9f0f">**create a portfolio of problems**</font> in order to speed up the creation
&#x20;of a new problem by grouping them by specific criteria.

## Procedure

1. Access the main menu `Processes >
    Problem Management > Problem Portfolio`;
2. Click on "**New Portfolio**";
3. Complete the necessary fields and add an image to represent the
   &#x20;portfolio, if it is necessary;
4. Select the portfolio created and click on "**Advance**";
5. Click on "**New model**" and complete the available fields, for example, link
   &#x20;the flow to the portfolio, select the group that will execute the problem,
   &#x20;link the contract, define the impact, urgency, and others;
6. Define the status as "**Active**”;
7. Click on "**Save**".
