This report <font color="#3b9f0f">**allows verifying the information on the configuration items**</font>.

## Procedure

1. Access the functionality through the main menu `Reports > Incident/Request
    Management > Charts and Reports (Panel)`;
2. In the "**Information Group**" field, select the "**Configuration Items**" option;
3. Click on the "**Inventory**" report;
4. Set the filters as necessary and click on "**Generate**";
5. The inventory report will be presented according to the filters set;
6. There are several ways to view the reports through four icons:
   - To generate a table with information, click on the “**Table**” icon;
   - To present the option of charts, click on the “**Charts**” icon and select
     &#x20;the form of the chart;
   - To generate a report in PDF, click on the “**Download PDF document**“ icon;
   - To generate a report in Excel, click on the “**Download document XLS**”
     &#x20;icon.
