This functionality aims to print the summary of the main data of a ticket.

## Before getting started

- [x] To view and print a ticket, it is necessary to disable the pop-up of the browser
  to the product.

## Procedure

1. Access the functionality Ticket Management through the main menu `Processes  > Ticket Management > Ticket`;
2. Click on the ticket you want, then on "**More options**" and select the option "**Print**".
