The Continuity Registration is a process that passes through several phases. The third phase of this process is called Implementation, which will be defined as the Continuity Plan, Planning, and Test Strategy. This functionality allows registering the Organizational Planning.

## Before getting started

- [x] Make sure there is a defined service in a Portfolio and Catalog Management process;
- [x] Register the Continuity Registration, the policy and
   service continuity defined project;
- [x] Then, register the scope, vital
   functions and business impact analysis, risk evaluation, strategy and
   continuity plan.
- [x] It is also necessary to previously register the threat and its categories linked
   to each other.
- [x] Also, have registered the risk and its category.
- [x] It is equally essential to have registered the automatic actions for the incident,
   request and procedure about the Event Management.

## Procedure

1. Access the functionality through the main menu `Processes > Continuity
    Management > Continuity`;
2. Find the continuity you want to link the organizational planning and click
    on "**Advance**";
3. In **Implementation**, click on "**Planning**";
4. Complete the fields available;
5. Click on "**Add Group**" to search and link the group you want and attribute it
    a responsibility to compose the coordination group of the organizational
    planning and the recovery team;
6. Click on "**Save**".

## What to do next

After registering the continuity of organizational planning, it is necessary to register the continuity test strategy,
 part of the third phase of the continuity complete registration, called
 Implementation.
