This functionality is intended to register the continuity template, which will be used to customize the test registration screen.

## Before getting started

- [x] Make sure to have previously registered a questionnaire.

## Procedure

1. Access the functionality through the main menu `Processes > Continuity
    Management > Template`;
2. In the **Register** tab, complete the fields necessary;
3. Click on "**Save**".
