This feature provides a variety of actions, such as **including**, **changing**, and
&#x20;**deleting** <font color="#3b9f0f">**groups of a configuration item**</font>.

## Procedure

1. Access the functionality of Configuration Item Management through the main
   &#x20;Menu `Processes > Configuration Management > CMDB`;
2. Click on the last icon on the right side screen and then "**Create New Group**";
3. Complete the fields available;
4. Click on "**Save**".
