This functionality allows <font color="#3b9f0f">**registering any occurrences**</font> related to the problem.

## Procedure

1. Access the main menu `Processes >
    Problem Management > Problem`;
2. Find the problem you want to include the occurrence registration and click
   &#x20;on "**Open**”;
3. Click on the "**Execution Registration**" icon (the last icon on the right side of
   &#x20;the screen, below the search field) and then on "**Add
   &#x20;Occurrence**";
4. Click on "**Add Occurrence**" and complete the mandatory fields;
