This functionality is intended to verify the CIs availability group.

## Before getting started

The verification of this availability requires the previous registration of the
 availability group. It is also necessary to link the calendar, the service level
 agreement of type "**availability**" and the cost per hour of unavailability to the configuration item, the configuration item group and the service contract.

## Procedure

1. Access the functionality through the main menu `Processes > Availability
    Management > Availability`;
2. Click on the Configuration Item tab;
3. Click on “**+**” symbol located on the Filters area, to search for the CI group
    you want;
4. The desired amount of items can be added to the verification;
5. Verify the information in Availability per period, total availability and
    unavailability occurrence, through the period filters;
6. To download the total availability table and/or the unavailability
    occurrence, click on "**Save table**" available in each area.
