This functionality allows <font color="#3b9f0f">**verifying the processes related to the CI**</font>, in addition to the general information.

## Before getting started

To verify the processes, it is necessary,

- [x] To register previously the configuration
  &#x20;item and have related it.

## Procedure

1. Access the functionality through the main menu `Processes > Configuration
    Management > CMDB`;
2. Search for the configuration item and click on it;
3. In the information screen of the CI, find the tab about the process you are
   &#x20;searching the information;
4. Click on the tab to view the information.
