The guidance described in this knowledge can be followed to verify the history of IT/Business Service and Support/Technical Service.

## Before getting started

- [x] To verify the service audit history, it is necessary to have the defined portfolio
  .

## Procedure

1. Access the functionality through the main menu `Processes > Portfolio and
    Catalog Management > Portfolio`;
2. Access the Service Portfolio and click on "**Advance**";
3. Click on "**Advance**" in the service;
4. Click on <font color="#3b9f0f">**Service Audit**</font>;
5. Enter the date range you're looking for or select the category;
6. Click on "**Search**";
7. If it is necessary to register the details of the audit, click on the
   &#x20;tab <font color="#3b9f0f">**Register Occurrences**</font>;
8. Complete all mandatory fields;
9. Click on "**Save**".
