Esta funcionalidade tem por objetivo registrar a justificativa da liberação que será utilizada em outras rotinas do sistema, como por exemplo na suspensão de uma Liberação.

## Procedimento

1. Acesse a funcionalidade através da navegação no menu principal `Processos > Gerência de Liberação > Justificativa Requisição Liberação;`
2. Clique no botão "**Novo**";
3. Preencha os campos necessários (a descrição, situação da justificativa e
    informar se a mesma será para a suspensão da liberação);
4. Clique no botão "**Gravar**" para efetuar a operação.
