Esta funcionalidade tem por objetivo registrar as justificativas de problemas que serão utilizadas em outras rotinas do sistema.

## Procedimento

1. Acesse a funcionalidade através da navegação no menu principal `Processos > Gerência de Problema > Justificativa de Problemas;`
2. Clique no botão “**Novo**” e preencha os campos com as informações necessárias
    (a descrição, definir a utilização da justificativa para a suspensão do
    problema e a situação) da nova justificativa de problema;
3. Clique no botão “**Gravar**” para efetuar a operação.
