Esta funcionalidade tem por objetivo registrar o template de continuidade, o qual será utilizado para personalizar a tela de registro de testes.

## Antes de começar

- [x] É necessário cadastrar um questionário anteriormente.

## Procedimento

1. Acessar a funcionalidade através da navegação no menu principal `Processos >
   `
   `Gerência de Continuidade > Template;`
2. Na aba **Cadastro**, preencher os campos necessários;
3. Clicar no botão "Gravar" para efetuar a operação.
