This feature is designed to allow users to configure menu items according to their preferences, offering various actions such as adding, modifying, and deleting a menu.

It provides better usability for accessing menus, where the items can be organized according to your needs.

## Procedure

1. Access the functionality through the main menu navigation `General Records > Menu`;
2. Fill in the available fields;
3. The **"Generate XML"** button generates a file of the menus in ".xml" format;
4. The **"Update Menus"** button updates them;
5. Be very cautious when using the **"Update Menus"** button, as all menu registration changes will be lost since the last time the XML was generated. It is recommended to follow this execution sequence:
   - **1.** Click the **"Generate XML"** button;
   - **2.** Click the **"Update Menus"** button.
6. Finally, click **"Save"**.
