This functionality is intended to **program the automatic opening of a service
 request **through e-mail.

## Before getting started

The automatic creation via e-mail requires:

- [x] The previous registration of the
  &#x20;automatic action of incident/request/procedure.

## Procedure

1. Access the functionality through the main menu `System > Settings >
    Automatic Action Setting Via E-mail`;
2. Complete the fields available;
3. Click on "**Save**".
