This document aims to <font color="#3b9f0f">**present a step-by-step of the e-mail configuration**</font> in the <font color="#3b9f0f">**CITSmart** </font>**Platform&#x20;**&#x62;y reading (**IMAP**) and sending (**SMTP**) messages.

## Before getting started

It is necessary:

- [x] To get the e-mail information; and&#x20;
- [x] To configure the access permissions to the e-mail server.

## Procedure

1. Access the main menu `Parametrization > E-mail`
   - Configure the SMTP

2\. Access the main menu `Parametrization > E-mail`

- Configure the IMAP
