This functionality is intended to <font color="#3b9f0f">**configure the Menu options for mobile users**</font>.                    When configuring these options, they will be available in the <font color="#3b9f0f">**CITSmart** </font>**Experience&#x20;**&#x61;pplication and the **ITSM&#x20;**&#x6D;obile site

🖊 <u>**Note**</u>**:&#x20;**&#x54;he Experience application allows you to use the features of the **web&#x20;**&#xD;version that was chosen in the mobile version, having the same functions as the&#x20;
desktop version.

## Before getting started

It is necessary:

- [x] To install previously the <font color="#3b9f0f">**CITSmart** </font>**Experience&#x20;**&#x61;pplication in
  &#x20;the mobile.

## Procedure

1. Access the functionality through the main menu `Access and Permission >
    Setting up mobile options`;
2. Click on "**New**";
3. Complete the necessary fields (title, status, description in the three
   &#x20;languages of <font color="#3b9f0f">**CITSmart** </font>\[**English**, **Portuguese&#x20;**&#x61;nd **Spanish**], and select the menu
   &#x20;that best fits your needs);
4. Click on "**Save**".
