This functionality provides the linking of services, activities, and CI for a <font color="#3b9f0f">**visual representation of dependencies and the impact of a specific service**</font>**.**

## Before getting started

- [x] It is necessary to have support Services and CI configured.

## Procedure

1. During the Service Design, click on "**Service Map**";
2. In the area available, you can design the Map with **Support Services** linked to the service ("**Support Service**" option) and also to the defined **Configuration Items**;
3. Save the Service Map.
