The purpose of this functionality is to <font color="#3b9f0f">**generate exportation and importation of
 data in the system table**</font>.

## Procedure

1. Access the functionality through the main menu `System > Database > Data
    Management`;
2. Click on "**Load Metadata**" to update the table list;
3. To generate a system exportation table in "**.XML**", click on "**Export All**", for exporting all system tables in the format chosen;
4. To generate the system table exportation in "**.SQL**", click on "**Export All
   &#x20;SQL**", to export all system tables with SQL command;
5. To export a table, double click on the table you want;
6. Set the data that will be exported;
7. Click on "**Process**".
