This report is intended to <font color="#3b9f0f">**present the event occurrences that were stored in the events database**</font> (**MongoDB**).

## Procedure

1. Access the functionality through the main menu `Reports > Event Management  > Event Occurrence`;
2. Set the filters as needed;
3. Click on "**Create PDF**" to generate the report in PDF and/or click on "**Create
   &#x20;XLS**" to generate the report in Excel.
