This functionality is intended to <font color="#3b9f0f">**import the contract data**</font>.

## Procedure

1. Access the functionality through the main menu `Integrated Management >
    Contract Management > Import`;
2. Select the contract if necessary. Remember that if the file does not reference a contract, you should not select a contract, just add the file to
   &#x20;import the data;
3. Click on "**Choose file**" to select the file;
4. Enter a brief description of the file and click on "**Add**";
5. After adding the file, click on "**Import**";
6. To confirm the import, click on "**OK**". Remember that when importing the
   &#x20;data, the system will keep the existing data and add only the non-existing
   &#x20;data.
