This functionality is intended to <font color="#3b9f0f">**link an SLA to the configuration item group**</font>.

## Before getting started

- [x] It is necessary to register previously the group of the configuration item and SLA.

## Procedure

1. Access the functionality through the main menu `Processes > Configuration
    Management > CMDB`;
2. Search for the desired configuration item group;
3. Click on the "**Edit**" button;
4. In the "<font color="#3b9f0f">**Service Level Agreement**</font>" field make the choice;
5. Click on "**Save**".
