**Release Management** is the process **responsible for planning, scheduling and controlling the construction, testing, and deployment of releases**, and for **delivering new functionality required by the business** while protecting the integrity of existing services.

The "**Release**" parametrization must be performed to allow the execution/use of this process, and it may be possible to define whether notifications will be sent to the requester for the execution of the services/incidents request flows, for example.
