## Before getting started

To view and print a ticket, it is necessary:

- [x] To disable the pop-up of the browser
  &#x20;to the product.

## Procedure

1. Access the **Ticket Management** functionality through the main menu `Processes  > Ticket Management > Ticket`;
2. Click on the ticket you want, then on "**More Options**" and select the "**Print**" option.
