****<font color="#3b9f0f">**Continuity Registration**</font> is a process that passes through several phases. The fourth phase of this process is the Continuous Operation, where it will be defined the continuity awareness (education and training), Review, continuity audit, tests of the continuity, and its Invocation.&#x20;

This functionality allows <font color="#3b9f0f">**registering the Awareness**</font> (education and training) of the service continuity.

## Before getting started

- [x] It is necessary the existence of a service defined in the process of Portfolio
  &#x20;and Catalog Management;
- [x] It is essential to first have Continuity Registration already registered,
  &#x20;as well as the policy and service continuity project defined;
- [x] In addition to
  &#x20;have previously registered the scope, vital functions, business impact analysis,
  &#x20;risks evaluation, strategy, plan, organizational plan, and the continuity
  &#x20;strategy tests;
- [x] It is necessary to also have the previous registration of threat and threat
  &#x20;category linked to each other, the risk and risk category;
- [x] It is equally fundamental to register automatic actions of Incident, Request and
  &#x20;Procedure about the Event Management.

## Procedure

1. Access the functionality through the main menu `Processes > Continuity
    Management > Continuity`;
2. Find the continuity you want to link the continuity awareness and click on
   &#x20;"Advance";
3. In <font color="#3b9f0f">**Continuous Operation**</font>, click on "<font color="#3b9f0f">**Awareness** </font>(Education and Training)";
4. Complete the data necessary;
5. Click on "**Add Register**" to complete the data about the training. It is
   &#x20;possible, if necessary, to add a file to the training registration, just by clicking on the "**clip symbol**" icon and then on "**Add file**";
6. Click on "**Save**".

## What to do next

After registering the awareness of continuity, it is necessary to execute the
&#x20;following action: review and audit the continuity, the action comes from the fourth
&#x20;phase of the complete registration of continuity called Continuous Operation.
