****<font color="#3b9f0f">**Continuity Registration**</font> is a process that passes through several phases. The third phase of this process is called Implementation, where it will be defined the Continuity Plan, Planning, and Test Strategy.&#x20;

This functionality allows <font color="#3b9f0f">**registering the Organizational Planning**</font>.

## Before getting started

- [x] Assumes the existence of a defined service in a Portfolio and Catalog Management
  &#x20;process;
- [x] It is necessary to first register the Continuity Registration, the policy and
  &#x20;service continuity project defined;
- [x] Besides, have registered the scope, vital
  &#x20;functions and business impact analysis, risk evaluation, strategy and
  &#x20;continuity plan;
- [x] It is also necessary to register previously the threat and threat categories linked
  &#x20;to each other;
- [x] In addition, have registered the risk and risk category;
- [x] It is equally essential to have registered the automatic actions for the incident,
  &#x20;request and procedure about the Event Management.

## Procedure

1. Access the functionality through the main menu `Processes > Continuity
    Management > Continuity`;
2. Find the continuity you want to link the organizational planning and click
   &#x20;on "Advance";
3. In "<font color="#3b9f0f">**Implementation**</font>", click on "**Planning**";
4. Complete the fields available;
5. Click on "<font color="#3b9f0f">**Add Group**</font>" to search and link the group you want and attribute it
   &#x20;a responsibility to compose the coordination group of the organizational
   &#x20;planning and the recovery team;
6. Click on "**Save**".

## What to do next

After registering the continuity of organizational planning, it is necessary to execute
&#x20;the following action: register the continuity test strategy, being this action,
&#x20;part of the third phase of the continuity complete registration, called
&#x20;Implementation.&#x20;
