This feature provides a variety of actions, such as <font color="#3b9f0f">**including, changing, and deleting the financial cycle**</font>.

## Before getting started

It is necessary:

- [x] To have defined the access permission to the functionalities of the **Financial Management;&#x20;**&#x61;nd&#x20;
- [x] To have permission to use the functionality.

## Procedure

1. Access the functionality through the main menu `Processes > Financial Management > Cycle`;
2. The system will present a screen with the <font color="#3b9f0f">**Financial Cycles**</font> registered and a filter with Title, Start Date, and Final dates.
3. The user can select the option "**New**" to create a new Financial Cycle or for each Cycle listed the user can select :
   - **Edit** - to change the Financial Cycle
   - **Delete** – to exclude the Financial Cycle
4. Enter the data and actions;

## Registering Cycle

Enter the Cycle data:

### Basic data

| **Field**           | **Description**    |

| **Title (\*)**      | Title of the cycle |
| **Start Date (\*)** | cycle start date   |
| **Final Date (\*)** | cycle final data   |

### Subcycles

You can add subcycles

| **Field**           | **Description**                         |
| ------------------- | --------------------------------------- |
| **Title (\*)**      | Title of the subcycle                   |
| **Start Date (\*)** | cycle start subcycle                    |
| **Final Date (\*)** | cycle final subcycle                    |
| **Add Button**      | add subcycle to the grid                |
| **Subcycle Grid**   | Grid with Title, Start Date, Final date |

(\*) Indicate mandatory field

## Actions

| **Action**   | **Description**                                    |
| ------------ | -------------------------------------------------- |
| **Save**     | Create/Change the capacity indicator.              |
| **Clear**    | Return the fields to default.                      |
| **! Search** | Return to the previous list of capacity indicators |
