This functionality is intended to <font color="#3b9f0f">**register problem justifications**</font> that will be used in other system routines.

## Procedure

1. Access the main menu `Process >
    Problem Management > Problem Justification`;
2. Click on "**New**" and complete the fields with the necessary data
   &#x20;(description, define the use of the justification for the suspension of
   &#x20;problem and the situation) of the new problem justification;
3. Click on "**Save**".
