The purpose of this functionality is to <font color="#3b9f0f">**optimize the creation of various services**</font> and, consequently, <font color="#3b9f0f">**their activities within one or more service portfolios**</font>.

&#x20;hyperlinked fields. These fields retrieve the enumerated reference with the
&#x20;field description. In these cases, the user will use the enumerated one to
&#x20;fill the correct list.

## Before getting started

To load the Service Portfolio, it is necessary:

- [x] To register previously the service
  &#x20;type and service category.

## Procedure

1. Access the functionality through the main menu `System > Data Importing and
    Loading > Service Portfolio Load`;
2. To register a spreadsheet template to import, click on the "**Spreadsheet
   &#x20;Template for Import**" tab;
3. The spreadsheet to import is structured step by step to create a
   &#x20;service portfolio with the steps Portfolio, Service, and Activity
   &#x20;(Incident/Request);
4. To generate the spreadsheet template in "**.xls**", click on "**Generate Template
   &#x20;.xls**";
5. To generate the spreadsheet template in "**.xlsx**", click on "**Generate Template
   &#x20;.xlsx**".
