This functionality is intended to <font color="#3b9f0f">**register the subject of knowledge**</font>, that will
&#x20;be used in the search of Reports of Topics or Subjects available or not in the
&#x20;knowledge base.

This feature provides various actions, such as <font color="#3b9f0f">**including, changing, and deleting
 the subject of knowledge**</font>.

## Procedure

1. Access the functionality through the main menu `Processes > Knowledge
    Management > Subject`;
2. Click on "**New**";
3. Complete the fields available;
4. To relate the subject to a topic, complete the fields available and click on
   &#x20;"**Add**";
5. Click on "**Save**".
