Incident and Request
Suspending Ticket

After creating a ticket, it is possible to manage its steps, including suspending the attendance, making the process more efficient.
To effect the suspension,
The user should have permission to this action;
In addition to having registered previously the justification of suspension.
- Access the Ticket Management functionality through the main menu Processes > Request and Incident Management > Service Request and Incident;
- Select or search for the ticket;
- Click on the ticket, select the "More Options" button, and choose the "Suspend" option .
Verify in the page the tickets related if it has the "suspended" status.
