This functionality allows <font color="#3b9f0f">**providing a summary of the service requests**</font> (tickets) made by the user.&#x20;The access to the user requests can be done in the **Smart Portal**, making the query quicker, without the need to enter into the system.

This screen has the timer called "**Activate/Deactivate Timer**" that, when activated with a click, presents a timer about the time spent and the time left to finish the request attendance in the field Remaining item list time.

# Before getting started

To verify your tickets, it is necessary:

- [x] To register previously the service  &#x20;request; and&#x20;
- [x] The Configuration Item;
- [x] The CI should be linked to the request.

## Procedure

1. Access the **My Requests** functionality through the main menu `Processes >    Request and Incident Management > My Requests`;
2. Enter a specific configuration item or click on "**Search**" to present the list   &#x20;of all items registered.
