Some configurations can be performed to change the standard visualization of reports.

## Procedure

### Change the header brand of exportable reports

1. Access the main menu `Parametrization > CITSmart Parameters > 36`;
2. Change the value indicating the path of the folder with the image;
3. Save it.

### Change the depth of Ticket searches (only in the report "Search Incident/Request")

1. Access the main menu `Parametrization > CITSmart Parameters > 343`;
2. Change the value indicating whether the search is done in the general context (**NO**) or in the group context (**YES**);
3. Save.
