This functionality allows <font color="#3b9f0f">**making an impact analysis of a configuration item**</font>.

## Before getting started

To verify the impact analysis, it is necessary:

- [x] To register previously the
  &#x20;configuration item.

## Procedure

1. Access the functionality through the main menu `Processes > Configuration
    Management > CMDB`;
2. Search for the configuration item and click on it;
3. In the information screen of the configuration item, find the "<font color="#3b9f0f">**Impacted
    Services**</font>";
4. Click on the tab to view the information;
5. To view the hierarchic of services related to the CI, click on "**Impacted
   &#x20;Service**";
6. To view the flow map of the configuration item, click on the "**View Relationship Map**
   &#x20;(**automatic**)" button.
