This functionality allows <font color="#3b9f0f">**configuring the option of remote access**</font>, present in the **CMDB&#x20;**&#x73;creen and ITSM.

## Before getting started

For this configuration,&#x20;

- [x] The user should have configured the **GUACD instance** and
  &#x20;making it communicable;
- [x] Besides previously registering the time, configuration
  &#x20;item group; and&#x20;
- [x] Finally, **parameter 319&#x20;**&#x6D;ust be set to "**YES**".&#x20;

## Procedure

1. Access the functionality through the main menu `System > Remote Access >
    Remote Access Settings`;
2. Click on "**New**";
3. Complete the fields available;
4. Click on "**Save**".
