The customer is an organization or person requesting products and/or services. They can be internal and/or external to the organization.


This feature provides a variety of actions, such as <font color="#3b9f0f">**including, changing, and deleting clients**</font>.

## Procedure

1. Access the Clients functionality through the main menu `Processes >
    Portfolio and Catalog Management > Clients`;
2. Complete all mandatory fields;
3. Click on "**Save**".
