This functionality is intended to <font color="#3b9f0f">**register the continuity template**</font>, which will be used to customize the test registration screen.

## Before getting started

- [x] It is necessary to register previously a questionnaire.

## Procedure

1. Access the functionality through the main menu `Processes > Continuity
    Management > Template`;
2. In the "<font color="#3b9f0f">**Register**</font>" tab, complete the fields necessary;
3. Click on "**Save**".
