This functionality is intended to <font color="#3b9f0f">**register the justification for the release**</font>, which will be used in other system routines.

## Procedure

1. Access the functionality through the main menu `Processes > Release
    Management > Release Request Justification`;
2. Click on "**New**";
3. Complete the necessary data (description, justification status and inform whether it will be the same for the suspension of the release request).
4. Click on "**Save**".&#x20;
