Access the functionality through the main menu `Processes > Event Management > Event`; 2. Click on the "**Search here**" field and enter the information (it can be the occurrence ID, hosting name, or monitoring tool name) to make a quick search; :::hint{type="info"} 🖊 **Note****: **Status search makes it easy to find tools to archive closed registers. ::: 3\. Click on the icon symbolized by the down arrow in the search field to make an advanced search and use the filters available; 4\.
