As shown in the image below, it's possible to configure settings for both mobile and web, with customization by roles (desired fields: user unit, extension, ticket category, ticket priority, asset, description, ticket progress, solution, non-conformity reporting, etc.).

- On the left side are the tool's native fields
- On the right side are fields created using Low Code, meaning any field of any type can be added
