Registering E-mail Notification
The E-mail Notification functionality is intended to send messages via e-mail to notify users about events that will happen in the system.
If the notification through email was not assigned to any group and/or user, all users in the system will be notified.
This feature provides various actions, such as including, changing, and deleting notifications via e-mail.
Procedure
- Access the functionality through the main menu System > Notifications > E-mail Notification;
- Click on "New";
- Fill in the fields provided;
- To link, a group, click on "Link Group". To link a user, click on "Link User";
- Click on "Save".
