This functionality allows <font color="#3b9f0f">**registering any occurrences**</font> related to the problem.

## Procedure

1. Access the main menu `Processes >
    Problem Management > Problem`;
2. Find the problem you want to include the occurrence registration and click
   &#x20;on "**Open**”;
3. Click on the "**Execution Registration**" icon (the last icon on the right side of
   &#x20;the screen, below the search field) and then on "**Add
   &#x20;Occurrence**";
4. Click on "**Add Occurrence**" and complete the mandatory fields;

🖊 <u>**Note**</u>**:&#x20;**&#x49;t is possible to register new categories and origins that fit the best to the occurrence when clicking on the “**+**” icon and completing the necessary fields. All actions taken from creation to closure are recorded in history, serving as an Audit.
