This functionality allows <font color="#3b9f0f">**reopening the release of changes**</font>.

## Before getting started

- [x] It is necessary to have permission to reopen the release.

## Procedure

1. Access the functionality through the main menu `Processes > Release
    Management > Release`;
2. Click on the icon symbolized by a down arrow available on the right side of
   &#x20;the screen, in the search field;
3. Click on "**Advanced Search**";
4. Complete the fields available and search for the release you want to
   &#x20;reopen;
5. After the search, click on the reopening icon “**Reopen Ticket/Task**” of the
   &#x20;release and confirm the operation.

## What to do next

Verify if the request is with the status "**Reopened**" in the list of the release.
