This functionality allows <font color="#3b9f0f">**reopening a closed ticket**</font>.

## Before getting started

- [x] It is necessary to register tickets previously.

## Procedure

1. Access the **Ticket Management** functionality through the main menu `Processes  > Request and Incident Management > Service Request and Incident`;
2. Click on the button menu located in the upper left corner of the screen and
   &#x20;then on the item "**Advanced Search**"*;*
3. Click on the ticket you want and then on "**Action**" and "**Reopen Ticket/Task**";
4. Confirm the ticket reopen.
