Esta funcionalidade tem por objetivo <font color="#3b9f0f">**registrar as justificativas de problemas** </font>que serão utilizadas em outras rotinas do sistema.

## Procedimento

1. Clique no botão "**Novo**" e preencha os campos com as informações necessárias (a descrição, definir a utilização da justificativa para a suspensão do problema e a situação) da nova justificativa de problema;
2. Clique no botão "**Gravar**" para efetuar a operação.
